Image to Editable PowerPoint Converter

Rebuild slide images and screenshots into a real, editable PowerPoint — every element selectable, nothing flattened.

No credit card required. 1 credit = 1 page. Failed or canceled tasks have zero net billable credits.

Have a folder of slide images — screenshots, exported JPGs or PNGs — that you wish you could edit? Reslide turns them back into a real, editable PowerPoint. Instead of stacking your images as flat backgrounds on empty slides, we analyze each one and reconstruct it into native objects: genuine text boxes, vector shapes and cleanly separated pictures. The pipeline aims to preserve the visible layout while making reconstructed headings, bullets and shapes selectable in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides; results vary with source quality and complexity. Send one image per slide, in order, and we handle the rest. It's API-first, so you can convert a batch of images programmatically with a single request, or drop them into the workspace for a quick one-off. Pricing stays honest: 1 credit equals 1 page (one image), and failed or canceled tasks have zero net billable task credits; reservations follow their original pools' lifecycle rules.

How it works

From a raw PDF or a folder of page images to an editable .pptx in three steps.

1

Add your images

Submit PNG, JPG/JPEG, or WebP images, one per slide in order, through the API or workspace uploader.

2

We reconstruct each slide

Each image is rebuilt into editable text boxes, vector shapes and separate picture layers.

3

Download editable .pptx

Download the finished PowerPoint from a signed URL, or get a webhook the instant it's done.

Frequently asked questions

PNG, JPG/JPEG and WebP uploads are supported. Use one image per slide in deck order. PNG is usually best for small text, line art and transparency; heavy JPG compression can introduce blocks or ringing that the reconstruction may reproduce. Higher-resolution sources generally make text and boundaries easier to interpret.

Fully editable. We rebuild each image into native PowerPoint text boxes, vector shapes and picture layers — not a flattened bitmap pinned to the slide. Everything is selectable and editable.

Pass a list of public image URLs to the API (image_urls), or paste them into the workspace uploader — one URL per line, in slide order. Each task can include up to 100 images.

1 credit = 1 page, and one image is one page. Ten images reserve ten credits. A failed or canceled task has zero net billable credits, and its reservation is reconciled against the original pools subject to their lifecycle rules.

Yes. Screenshots of slides are a perfect input — we turn each screenshot back into editable text and shapes so you can rework a deck you only have as pictures.
