This Privacy Policy explains how Tosea Tech Limited ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use Reslide ("the Service"). We aim to collect only what we need to operate the Service and to be clear about how it is used.

Account information: when you sign up, we process basic account details such as your email address and authentication identifiers, handled through our authentication provider.

Uploaded content: the images and PDF files you submit for conversion, and the .pptx files we generate from them.

Usage and billing data: records of the conversions you run, credit and subscription activity, API key metadata, and technical logs such as timestamps and error information used to operate and secure the Service.

We use your information to provide and operate the Service: to perform the conversions you request, maintain your credit balance and subscription, authenticate API requests, provide support, and keep the Service secure and reliable.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploaded content or generated output to train machine-learning models.

Uploaded files and generated output are processed to fulfil your conversion requests and are made available to you through signed download links. Conversion inputs and outputs are retained only as long as needed to deliver and support the Service, after which they may be deleted according to our retention practices.

You own your uploaded content and output; see our Terms of Service for details on ownership.

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate the Service — for example authentication, payment processing, cloud hosting and storage. These providers process data on our behalf and only as necessary to provide their services to us.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to any incident.

You can access and update your account information, revoke API keys, and cancel your subscription at any time from within the Service. The Service may be operated from, and your information processed in, jurisdictions other than your own. We take steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with this policy wherever it is processed.
